Motivation Quote for Those Suffering From Irregular Heartbeat

The healthy heart dances, while the dying heart can merely march.

By Dr. Ary Goldberger, an assistant professor at Harvard, and co-director of Heart Research Laboratories at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.

When my PVC's get out of control this quote helps me get trough the scary thumps and pain. There is also an interesting article attached with Dr. Godbergers statement. If you suffer from irregular heartbeat check it out. The findings might make you feel a little better.

Migraine Prevention, One of the Many Benefits of Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain large amounts of vitamin C, providing 40 percent of the daily value (DV).

The red pigment contained in tomatoes is called lycopene.

This compound appears to act as an antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals that can damage cells in the body.

Cancers such as prostate cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, and cancers of the stomach, mouth, pharynx, and esophagus have all been proven to be staved off by high levels of Lycopene.

Tomatoes are by far the healthiest of the fruits and vegetables with the power to ward off some of the worst known diseases to man.

Tomatoes are the best when they are in season from July through September.

In a cup of tomato, you'll get 11.4% of the daily value for potassium, 5.6% of the DV for niacin, 7.0% of the DV for B6, and 6.8% of the DV for folate, all of these nutrients work together to make tomatoes a truly heart-healthy food.

In addition, tomatoes are a good source of riboflavin, which has been shown to be helpful for reducing the frequency of migraine attacks in those who suffer from them.

Tomato juice can reduce the tendency toward blood clotting.

Make sure to mix your tomatoes with a little fat so your body can absorb all of the nutrients. Studies show that people who had eaten fat-free or low-fat dressings didn't absorb the beneficial carotenoids from the salad. Only when they had eaten the oil-based dressing did they get the nutrients.

When buying canned tomato sauce I have noticed that there are choices of whole tomato or not. I usually grab whatever is on sale. After reading through this info I now understand why there is a choice. You want the whole tomato so you get more nutrients. Without the peel you are missing out on tomato power. This is good to know.

Stop Excessive Female Sweating For Good

Are you one of the 8 million Americans with Hyperhidrosis? Do you suffer everyday from a very noticeable sweat ring on your clothing? How about having to throw away your favorite shirts because of the stains that are left behind? Well ladies according to Dr. Oz your uncomfortable smelly underarms are now a thing of the past and there is a pot of gold at the end of the story too.

If you have tried all the levels of the deodorant world there is a treatment out there for you. Before I tell you about the treatment let me just list the different options to try first. Here are the levels of deodorant, regular deodorant just masks the smell of odor it doesn’t stop you from sweating, anti-perspirants will stop the sweating for some folks but not all, next would be getting a prescription but its irritating to the skin, finally there is a pill to take but it too is irritating, makes you tired and can mess with your internal organs.

Dr. Doris Day author of Forget the Facelift has come up with a treatment to end this problem. This new procedure will end 80% – 90% of an individual’s sweating. There is even the possible chance of having days without wearing anti-perspirant.

The procedure starts with a starch iodine test. The doctor will paint the area with bedadyne and cornstarch. After a few moments the area with sweat will turn purple. Next the doctor will mark the area with a marker and place dots.

The skin is then wiped clean to leave only the marker and just like Botox the doctor injects a FDA approved treatment into your skin. The treatment will turn off the sweat glands in the target area. It takes a few days to kick in but after that a patient has a minimum of 9 months of excessive sweat relief.

This procedure does not affect your temperature control systems in your body. According to the doctor excessive sweat is from stress and nerves.

What is the pot of gold you ask? Can we get a drum roll please…. Due to this treatment being FDA approved makes it a diagnosed procedure. Therefore, the process is covered by insurance and more than likely a patient will only have to pay a co pay.

Ta da, what a great option for all of those people who have to apologize for their underarms. If you have had this treatment please share your story. For more on Hyperhidrosis and this procedure go here http://www.myclearskin.com/Treatments/MedicalTreatments/Hyperhydrosis/ta...

I dont sweat buckets but I had issues for years until I tried this deodorant. It was recommended to me by a friend and it worked. I actually might wear some silk tops now that the issue is controlled. That is still a scary thought for me though. I will wear this deodorant for the rest of my life.
